What these use
Every UK calculator uses rule data for the 2026/27 tax year checked against HMRC’s published rates and thresholds, GOV.UK guidance on student loan repayment, and the property tax rules of HMRC (Stamp Duty Land Tax), Revenue Scotland (LBTT) and the Welsh Revenue Authority (LTT). Scottish income tax bands and tax codes are handled separately from the rest of the UK. Where a case is outside what a calculator models, the result says so rather than assuming a figure.
